The House moved closer Monday to impeaching President Donald Trump an unprecedented second time, this time for inciting his supporters who invaded the U.S. Capitol during Congress’ electoral vote count last week. Democrats introduced an article of impeachment Monday that charges Trump with high crimes and misdemeanors for whipping up an insurrection and disrupting the peaceful transfer of power. Reps. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., David Cicilline, D-R.I., and Ted Lieu, D-Calif., led the impeachment article introduced Monday, though it is unclear whether the House will ultimately consider that measure or a separate one. In a tweeted statement Monday, Cicilline said the article has at least 213 cosponsors. He added, “we now have the votes to impeach.” The full House would need a 218-vote majority to impeach Trump. The number could end up lower due to vacancies and absences. Democrats hold 222 seats.

Fields, on the other hand, received no compensation at all. Day’s comments encapsulate everything you need to know about a season and sport predicated on almost unbelievable levels of harm and exploitation. Long before the first play in either a hauntingly vacant or horrifyingly packed stadium, the sport’s premier conference had already telegraphed how all of this would go. In a leaked call the SEC held with player representatives prior to the season, a league official told players: “We’re going to have [Covid-19] cases on every single team in the SEC. That’s a given. Ticketmaster has agreed to pay a $10 million criminal fine after admitting its employees repeatedly used stolen passwords and other means to hack a rival ticket sales company. The fine, which is part of a deferred prosecution agreement Ticketmaster entered with federal prosecutors, resolves criminal charges filed last week in federal court in the eastern district of New York. Charges include violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, computer intrusion for commercial advantage or private financial gain, computer intrusion in furtherance of fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and wire fraud. In the settlement, Ticketmaster admitted that an employee who used to work for a rival company emailed the login credentials for multiple accounts the rival used to manage presale ticket sales. At a San Francisco meeting attended by at least 14 employees of Ticketmaster or its parent company Live Nation, the employee used one set of credentials to log in to an account to demonstrate how it worked.

Records show that some were heavily armed and included convicted criminals, such as a Florida man recently released from prison for attempted murder.

One man was filmed having a fit in the airport after he found out he was put on the "no-fly" list after the attack on the U.S. Capitol. The sobbing man shouted that they called him a "terrorist." He was comforted by a woman who said that she was thrown off of a Delta flight earlier. The video of that woman being thrown off the flight is now also being revealed. She appears to rant about the First Amendment as she slowly makes her way down the aisle off the plane. She seems to be joined by another woman in a black sweater and a man in a grey shirt. The woman in the sweater attempts to argue with one of the other passengers about her "rights." "Get off the plane. Get off the plane," a man can be heard saying. Other passengers then joined in, saying the phrase over and over again.

It certainly makes no sense for presidents who commit misconduct late in their terms, or perhaps not discovered until late in their terms, to be immune from the one process the Constitution allows for barring them from serving in any other federal office or from receiving any federal pensions.
