MOSCOW, Sept 1 (Reuters) - Ravil Maganov, the chairman of Russia's second-largest oil producer Lukoil (LKOH.MM), died on Thursday after falling from a hospital window in Moscow, two sources familiar with the situation said, becoming the latest in a series of businessmen to meet with sudden unexplained deaths.
The sources confirmed reports by several Russian media that the 67-year-old had plunged to his death, but the circumstances surrounding his fall were unclear.

“Our game had nothing to do with Prey,” said Colantonio. “There is a bit of the artistic/creative side that is insulted when you tell [an] artist ‘You know your game? It’s going to be called Prey.’ And you go like, ‘I don’t think it should. I think it’s a mistake.’”
Colantonio then said that he believed calling it Prey was a “sales mistake” because choosing that name “backfired” as Prey fans weren’t happy and the people who didn’t like the original, unrelated Prey didn’t even “look for [the] game.”
As for the original Prey and the team behind that game, Colantonio felt bad that they had used that name and IP, feeling like it was a “kick in the face” to the devs behind 2006’s Prey. “I wanted to apologize to them many, many times,” said Colantonio. “I didn’t really have a chance because I don’t really know those people. It was never our intention to ‘steal their IP’ and make it ours. It’s gross and that’s not what I wanted to do.”

Wellstar Health System confirmed Wednesday evening that it will close Atlanta Medical Center, a 460-bed hospital in downtown Atlanta and a century-old anchor of the city’s health care. The hospital will wind down and then cease operations on Nov. 1.
AMC’s emergency room on Parkway Drive sees more than 100 patients a day. While Grady Memorial Hospital’s ER is busier, the Atlanta region’s emergency rooms and trauma centers run full or close to full most of the time, with few emergency beds to spare.
AMC is one of five state-designated Level I trauma centers in Georgia, only two of which are in metro Atlanta. Together with Grady, two miles away, it serves as a hub for thousands of victims of violence, car crashes and brain trauma who have no time to lose.
On Wednesday mid-afternoon both Grady and Wellstar AMC were reporting their ER statuses as severely crowded. Wellstar was signaling to ambulances not to come to AMC with new patients for ER, intensive care and regular medical beds.

Arizona is leasing farmland to a Saudi water company, straining aquifers, and threatening future water supply in Phoenix. Fondomonte, a Saudi company, exports the alfalfa to feed its cows in the Middle East. The country has practically exhausted its own underground aquifers there. In Arizona, Fondomonte can pump as much water as it wants at no cost.

Perhaps the most intriguing component of the court filing submitted Tuesday night by the Justice Department did not involve legal argumentation or an articulation of the department’s possible case against former president Donald Trump. Instead, it was a photograph showing documents arrayed on the floor of an unidentified room.
Clearly visible on more than a half-dozen of the papers: classification markings.
The government’s months-long effort to recover documents that were kept at Trump’s Florida residence after he left the White House doesn’t depend on that material being classified. But the question of whether Trump had classified material with him at his Mar-a-Lago resort has captured the public’s attention. The photo published by the government appears to answer that question quite affirmatively.
